...Without seeking the assistance of third parties. As a multimedia trainer, my expertise has enabled me to independently design this website as well. The layout was created using Pages, a more advanced software than Word. The illustrations were generated by Canva, using their artificial intelligence based on my words and choices.
This book is, in a way, a testament to my resilience.
My biography is an authentic story that I recounted over the course of approximately three weeks.
I captured the essence of my memories from my 56 years, concluding by emphasizing that it has been six years since an intense period of introspection where I sought to put words to my story. For me, this process goes beyond mere introspection; it now allows me to fully live in the present moment.
If you feel the need to do it personally, I believe that putting words to one's story and revealing oneself, even on very personal subjects, is a beneficial exercise, even if the fear of judgment and external scrutiny is inevitable.

Furthermore, I want to emphasize that I have not included my last name on this site, and the photos present are solely mine, a measure taken to protect the privacy of my loved ones who share my last name. This website has been designed in a way that never discloses my personal contact information. This decision does not stem from a desire to hide, but rather from the fact that, over the years as an author and trainer in new technologies, I have written over 14 books and created video tutorials. I have also been featured in more than 25 press articles, made websites, etc. etc. So you can well imagine that I appear in Google on several pages with my full name. Ultimately, although I will continue to appear in videos with my face, I choose not to mention my last name.
